JANESVILLE--- JoAnn Elwood Taylor, age 74, of Janesville, died on Tuesday, March 9, 2010, at Rock Haven Nursing Home. She was born in Peoria, IL on Oct. 22, 1935, the daughter of John and Mary Elwood. She married Kenneth Taylor in Peoria, IL on Aug. 14, 1955, and had been a Janesville resident since 1963.
She is survived by her husband, Kenneth Taylor of Janesville; daughter, Susan (James) Pendleton of Columbia, MD; brother, Dr. Patrick (Gladys) Elwood of Peoria, IL; and twin sister, LuAnn Elwood of Peoria, IL. She was preceded in death by her parents; and 3 children: Scott, Stephen and Stacey.
A Private family service will be held on Saturday, March 13, 2010, at SCHNEIDER APFEL SCHNEIDER & SCHNEIDER FUNERAL HOME. Interment will be in Milton Lawns Memorial Park. SCHNEIDER APFEL SCHNEIDER & SCHNEIDER FUNERAL HOME is assisting the family.
